Dining at Hotel Posta means immersing yourself in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our restaurant, located inside the hotel and also open to the public, is where genuine local products meet the creativity of Italian cuisine.

Two ways to experience taste
We offer our guests two different culinary experiences:

1. À la Carte Menu: A selection that follows the rhythm of the seasons. From quick and tasty appetizers (carpaccio, cold cuts, and vegetables) to iconic first courses like pizzoccheri, risottos, and soups, as well as selected meat and fish main courses.
   
   
2. Half Board: A service we prepare with the utmost care. Every evening starts with a Rich Appetizer Buffet (local cold cuts, cheeses, focaccia, pizza, and crispy appetizers). This is followed by table service with a choice of three first courses (soup of the day, Valtellina or Mediterranean dish) and three main courses (meat, fish, or vegetarian options), ending with homemade cakes, desserts, or fruit.
   
   

The Great Classics (Always available)
In addition to the daily specials, our "timeless" dishes are always ready: Valtellina Pizzoccheri, pasta with tomato or meat sauce for children, bresaola, and grilled steak. We also pay special attention to those requiring gluten-free or dairy-free diets.

The Cellar and the Bar

Our wine list features Italian bubbles (Franciacorta and Prosecco) and prestigious French Champagnes like Dom Pérignon. We highlight our region with Valtellina wineries (Nino Negri, Rainoldi, Caven, Mamete Prevostini) and great Italian names like Barolo, Barbaresco, Brunello di Montalcino, and Chianti Classico. For after-dinner, an exceptional selection of Gin, Grappa, Rum, and Whiskey awaits you.
