Arrival, ZTL, and Parking

Is the Hotel in the center? Can I arrive by car? 
We are located in the very heart of Livigno. Despite our central location in the pedestrian area, you can easily reach us by car through Varco 5 - Via Bondi. Upon arrival, we will register your license plate and issue a ZTL permit valid for your entire stay (authorized route: Via Bondi > Via Sant’Antoni > Via Prestefan).

Note: During special events in the main square, the exit may be redirected toward Via Pienz.

Do you have parking or a garage?
Yes, we have outdoor parking and an indoor garage (for a fee).

Height Warning: The garage entrance has a maximum limit of 2.10 meters. We recommend booking your spot in advance.

Four-Legged Friends

Do you accept pets?
Certainly! Your friends are welcome for a daily supplement of €15.00. Upon arrival, they will find a Welcome Kit with a cushion, two bowls, and a small gift.

Are there room limitations?
Basic Rooms: Small and without a balcony, suitable only for small pets.
Comfort Rooms: Maximum of one pet per room.



What are the house rules?
To respect all guests, we ask you to follow these rules:

• Restaurant: Pets must be kept on a short leash under the table. They are not allowed on chairs or sofas. If restless, we may ask you to move to a private room.
• Hygiene: It is forbidden to let pets on beds or wash them in the room showers/bathtubs.
• Common Areas: Short leash is mandatory at all times. Any damage to carpets or furniture will be charged at check-out.
  
  

Families and Children

What services do you offer for children?
We want parents to travel light! Upon request, we provide a "Baby Kit": crib, changing table, baby bath, bottle warmer, toilet reducer, and a night light. We also have very spacious Family Rooms.

How does dining work for children?

• Kids' Menu: Healthy and fun dishes.
• Baby Food Corner: Our kitchen is available to prepare fresh vegetable purees. In the dining room, you will find high chairs, dedicated cutlery, and a microwave.
• Flexibility: Upon request, children can have dinner 30 minutes before the official opening.
  
  

Is there a play area?

Yes, we have a small indoor play area, books, and board games. For your evenings, a baby-sitting service can be booked (for a fee).

Wellness, Sport and Partner Discounts

Is the Wellness Center included?
Yes, access is free for our guests.

• Winter (Dec-Apr): Open from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, no reservation needed.
• Summer/Autumn: Reservation is required.
• Info: The SPA is mixed and cozy to ensure maximum privacy. In your room, you will find a full set of towels and a bathrobe.
  
  
  

Do you have a gym?
Yes, a small gym equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike, multi-station machine, weights, and Bluetooth speakers for your music.

Do you have discounts for ski schools or rentals?
Yes, our guests enjoy special discounts (ask us for the code!):

• Ski School: Scuola Sci Centrale.
• Ski Rental: La Grolla (at 400m) and Silene Sport.
• Bikes: We provide some city bikes for free. For professional MTBs or E-Bikes, we have a partnership with Silene Sport.

Check-in, Payments, and Rules

• Check-in: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. (If arriving early, you can park and leave your luggage).
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM.
• Reception: Open from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If departing before 08:00 AM, please settle your bill the evening before.
• Tourist Tax: € 3.50 per day (ages 16+, max 7 nights).
• Smoking: Strictly forbidden in rooms and common areas; allowed only on balconies.
